Oh my goodness, y'all. If you are a meat lover, you will be totally head over heels for this little pizza here! And if you love something with a bit of a kick, you will be making this weekly!!
This pizza is super easy and adaptable to whatever kind of meat + spice you like!
1 Boboli Pizza Crust (or pizza crust of your choice)
1 Cup Pizza Sauce of your choice
2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Large, Deli Style Pepperoni
Spicy Breakfast Sausage, Browned and Crumbled
2 Slices Peppered Bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
1/4 Cup Honey
Red Pepper Flakes, Optional
Chopped Fresh Parsley for Garnish, Optional
Preheat oven to 425 (or whatever your pizza crust calls for).
Place pizza crust on a pizza peel or an inverted shallow baking pan.
Top with pizza sauce and 1-1/2 c. mozzarella. Add all of the meat, spreading out as you go and using as much or as little of each meat as you like. I suggest starting small - you don't want to pizza to get too soggy in the middle.
After you have added all the meat, add the rest of the mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan. Warm honey for 10-15 seconds in a Pyrex measuring cup. Drizzle on pizza starting at edges, working your way toward the middle. You will thank the honey later for cooling down the peppery-ness of the pizza! Add additional red pepper if desired.
Slide pizza onto middle rack, cooking for 8-12 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Add chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if you like! As always, let me know if you try it and how it turns out!!
