Either way, Carlos will always have our hearts. When our best friend Dan died nearly two years ago, Sarah asked the Lord for a cardinal to be sent to her window. And afterward, we all started noticing the cardinals. Everywhere. When we’d go on vacation, in our backyard, when we were driving. And I LOVE it. It’s always a precious reminder of our sweet friend who sits with Jesus every day.
