This might be one of my favorite pieces and I really might regret selling it. This pieces is called, "Mended Hearts" and is a reflection of what it looks like to experience God reframe grief and heartbreak.
As a lot of you know, the last several years have been heartbreaking for us. Not only did I finally address the ongoing abuse I experienced in my childhood, but I lost the relationship I had with my father and we lost one of our best friends to Covid in the fall of 2021. It has been a long and winding road, but God has done amazing and restorative work in the process and we are ever grateful.
I feel like this piece reflects the coming back together of all the pieces but also represents the gratitude for God's faithfulness in the process. My hope is that you are able to feel that as well when you look at this piece.... and that if you are experiencing the mending after the brokenness as well that this would fill your heart with the same fullness of joy.
